Qamay (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates www.qamay.com (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.
Information Collection And Use
While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, postal address and phone number (“Personal Information”).

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (Mon – Fri 8am-5pm PST, excluding holidays). In cases where we will not be able to ship the order within 3 business days, the customer will be informed right away.
We use USPS to deliver our orders.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Regular USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Qamay has no control on any delays in the delivery caused by the carriers. We can refund the costs paid for the item (excluding the postage fees) after the item is mailed back to us. See our Refund/Exchange Policy.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
To protect you from liability, do not sign delivery receipt (if any) until shipment has been inspected thoroughly. Refuse to accept the order if damage is visible.
Damaged items: Record number of items and the item’s contents which contain creases, scuff marks, tears, punctures, etc., or if items are wet or otherwise compromised. Notate any visual damage to product itself. Refuse to accept any item if damage if visible. If concealed damage is discovered, contact Qamay immediately (within 24 hours) and retain all boxes and packing materials until we advise that it may be discarded.
Lost items: Qamay is not responsible for lost items if the package is marked as delivered by USPS.
Exchanges and refunds are offered if you contact us immediately after receiving your item. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 14 days of purchase date.
Please ensure all returned items are in the original packaging, not used, worn or washed and are in the original purchase condition including tags and receipts.
Customer assumes all costs in shipping for all returned/replaced items, including shipping costs to and from Qamay. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS Standard unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Order Cancellation Policy

This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS Standard unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
We suggest you contact our customer support team first by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. Then make an online return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. See Return Policy for more details.
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 90-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
Out of Stock Policy
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as “Out of Stock” or “Backorder”, it is not guaranteed that we will have the stock in the future. Most items ship within 2-3 weeks.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also request to be placed on a “notify list” and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.
